As a Spiritual Care Practitioner, I offer many services designed to support you on your own personal discovery of the Inner Life, a journey that includes introspection, self-discovery, and a deepening awareness of the senses. There is an entire world waiting to be explored, and that is the world that exists within. Through the modalities of enquiry and self-reflection, bespoke rituals, and self-nurturance, as well as reconnecting with the art of aesthetics through altar and sacred space design, we will explore this terrain together.
For so much of our lives, we mold ourselves to meet the expectations of others. It begins early, first with our parents, friends, then teachers. We learn to adapt to what our culture, employers, and partners would like us to be. We accommodate, morph, and twist ourselves into people we think will be loved and appreciated.
